Kershaw 1585 Baby Boa

 

The Kershaw Baby Boa is a 4 3/4" closed, linerlock pocket knife made with Sanvik 13C26 stainless steel with ambidexterous thumb studs.  The blade is not only made from fine stainless steel it features the Kershaw Speed-Safe assisted open system.  This system allows the user to open this high tech knife as fast as any switch blade, yet it is legal under the US federal switchblade laws. 

The handle on this impressive knife is 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum with red and black smoke anodized finish.  It also is fitted with a lanyard hole and stainless steel pocket clip.  The Baby Boa is the answer to those that thought the full sized Boa was a bit large for everyday pocket carry.  But don't worry.  The bigger Boa is still available.
