The Scallion is one of the line of Ken Onion designed, assisted open, linerlock knives that have literally swept the nation.  The torsion bar, Speed Safe Assisted Open,  system allows the user to snap these knives open with one hand as fast as any switchblade, yet they are legal under the US Federal Switchblade laws. 

The Scallion 1620 Trout is decorated with an anodized depiction of a trophy Rainbow Trout on the 6061 T Aluminum handle.  All the features of the standard Scallion are on this special piece.  The 420 High Carbon steel, drop point, blade is fitted with dual thumb studs and a safety system to keep the blade closed while in your pocket.  Once you feel the razor sharp edge on this award winning piece you will be glad that Mr. Onion thought of this safety feature.
