This vintage, 1975 made, Case Swing Guard is a rare find for the serious collector.  The rich brown jigged bone scales are free of any cracks or chips.  Made with a stainless steel hilt guard that lays down flat along the handle for easy carry.  When open the guard swings up to act as a hilt and prevent the users hand from slipping up on to the blade. 

The clip blade is tang stamped with Case XX U.S.A. over 5 dots.  The reverse tang is stamped 6111 1/2L.  The front scale is inlaid with an oval Case shield.  Nickel silver bolsters, and brass liners and pins make this not only a prize for the collector but a reliable knife for everyday use that will provide a lifetime of service and still be a valued keepsake to pass on to the next gereration.
