Camillus

Camillus Cutlery located in Camillus, New York dates back to 1902.  The history of this company is vast and the knives they made were of excellent quality.  Camillus has also produced exceptional quality cutlery under contact to many different brand names.  Some of those include, Keen Kutter of E.C. Simmons Hdw. Co. St Louis, MO, Diamond Edge, Sears, Remington, John Primple. 

Camillus Cutlery has produced also every pattern of knife that exsists.  Stockmen, Trappers, Peanuts and even high tech tactical knives are just of few of the wide range of produces made by this company.

This year saw the closing of Camillus Cutlery and it came as a shock to many in the cutlery world.  The quality knives they produced are now even more in demand by collectors and users alike.  We have a small stock of original Camillus knives and are continuing to add more.  Camillus has been the maker of the popular Remington knives and we also have some of them listed on our vintage knives page.

The Camillus Preminum Stockman 67 is a 3 7/8" closed, pocket knife fitted with Clip, Spey and Sheepsfoot blades.  The handles feature brown jigged bone Delrin scales which are brass pinned to brass liners. These attractive scales are flanked with classic nickel silver bolsters.

The Camillus Rough Cut Stockman Pocket Knife is a 4" closed, stockman pattern pocket knife.  It is fitted with carbon steel Clip, Spey and Sheepsfoot blades.  The jigged Delrin scales are brass pinned to stainless steel liners and the front handle is inlaid with a Camillus shield.  The clip blade is etched "Camillus Rough Cut Tobacco Stockman" flanked with depictions of Tobacco leaves.  The powerful snap on all these blades indicate the quality Camillus used in even these work knives.
