In 1986 Case & Son's Cutlery released a new concept in a knife for the fisherman.  A Fillet knife that was made with a top quality steel, and a non-slip contoured handle for outstanding control.  Add the fact that Case designed the knife to fold and made it with a lockback feature for extra user safety and you have the 6 3/8" closed Case XX Folding Fillet. 

This knife is tang stamped "Case XX ..SS.. U.S.A. Pat.Pend."  The 4 dots and the lighting SS in this stamp mark indicate this to be a 1986 made Case knife. 

You will find this knife in Mint condition.  This one came from an estate auction from a gentleman who had owned a sporting goods store and was a knife collector.  The knife comes in the original box with papers and also comes with a nylon belt sheath.

Case XX 5299 1/2" 1940-64 Made Red Stag Swell End Jack Knife

The Case XX 5299 1/2 is a 4 1/8" closed, swell end jack knife with Clip and Pen blades.  This wonderful example features red stag horn handles which are free of any cracks or chips.  Both carbon steel blades have mild pitting.  Both also have great snap and center stops.  Both blades are very near full and are razor sharp. The stag scales are tightly brass pinned to brass liners and the front handle is inlaid with an oval Case shield.  The clip blade is stamped "Case" over "XX".  The reverse tang is stamped "5299 1/2".  This rare stag handle knife was made by Case & Son's Cutlery between 1940 and 1964.  The collector is not going to want to let this rare piece slip away.  We have this one priced at $149.00 which is way below book.  This is one you are going to regret only if you do not grab it right now!

The Case XX 6111 1/2 Cheetah is a 4 3/8" closed, Swing Guard, lockback pocket knife. The stainless steel hilt guard lays down on the side for easy carry.  When the stainless steel blade is opened the hilt guard swings up to give the user an extra measure of safety during use.  The 3 3/8" clip blade is etched with a depiction of a Cheetah in full stride and the blade features a positive lockback safety also to ensure the blade stays open.  The impressive Cranberry jigged bone scales are brass pinned to brass liners and flanked with attractive nickel silver bolsters.  This knife is in mint condition.  Unused, and no sign of even having been carried.  Comes in an original box.
